Can I send this back to Topps? Thoughts

I got this today and it has printing marks. Will Topps replace it? Guy at the show said that he sent some back.

I would definitely contact them. Its not that low numbered so they should have one to replace it with

if you pulled the card and have the packs and receipt they will replace it.

if you bought it damaged then they probably won't replace it.

Uhhh, or he could by another pack and say the card came from that pack if they made him send back the packaging and receipt.

But why would topps care. They already got the money for the pack the card came from. The only way i would see it would matter if some of the cards were stolen from topps.

The companys don't care how much the cards sell for on the secondary market, if they sold what they made, they make all their money and none of it is dependent on secondary market prices.
