Player Promotional Appearances/Signings Question

I am looking for an outlet to contact some players to do a promotional appearance/signing.

I am having trouble searching the correct way to find out how to contact their agents, or who is represented by whom

Is there a site somebody might know of, or a correct way to search?

(I already have used google and other engines, I guess I am not entering the correct information so that's why I am asking)

who are you looking to get?

Most times contacting the team will give you access to the players. The team usually has a department that handles player appearances. Call the team the player plays for and request the office that handles player appearances.

If its someone who is retired many times you can contact the promoter of a show the person appeared at and ask them for agent names. A google search can also bring up the agent name for a retired player
