2009/10 Topps Attax

I broke a little bit of this oddball product today.

Weigh in on the licensing issue (did Topps have to issue these as oddball sizes to get around UD's exclusive?) and anything else either here or at my blog.

I believe the license works because this is considered a "game".

That's what I figured, but I wonder if they had to change away from the standard sized card, as Attax in football (soccer) and baseball were games, but still standard sized cards.
