the Penguins announced that they waived forward Chris Bourque. despite the fact that I was happy the Pens acquired Bourque before the season started I was very glad to hear this new. Bourque didn't score a goal in 20 games played and only had 3 assists. he looked lost out on the ice on almost every shift. he definitely needs some more time in the AHL.
