My #1 rule for investing is rookie cards is not to buy pitchers. I imagine the only comfort GMs must feel after a Jason Schmidt kind of deal is that at least it wasn't their money.

Wow, some guys make so much money for sitting on the bench or at home rehabbing. MAybe its on purpose
At least my boy zito has pitched 3 full seasons, and had a respectable 09. Hopefully he'll return to his all star or cy young form in 2010!
