I typically do not send to Japan, but someone is interested in $200 plus dollar card of mine.
Would registered and express mail protect me? It is my understanding that registered would cost around $15.00 and would take around 2 weeks to arrive in Japan. Registered requires a signature. Express would cost $28 and requires a signature and you get a DC.
My question is, is the information I gathered correct, and what option would you give the potential buyer?
