Will Topps replace OC chrome autos?

I just pulled a Zach Collier blue ref auto out of 08 BCDP and it's super off-centered left right (~10/90) Anyone know if Topps will replace these?

i have a collier and mines the same, also ive seen alot and they all are like that so its very dougfull.... also lmk if your going to move it. thanks man
