UD On Card Auto help needed

So I decided to start a new on-card auto graph set and chose the 2001 UD 70s Decades. I remember reading something about the below card I just received but I can't remember if it is for print run questions, was it not suppose to be made or something else.

The bible according to the Beckett OPG states the Price as N/A and no print run is listed (some others in the set have no print run listed). All other cards have prices to include the SPs.

Thoughts?

Does card have COA on back? did this auto set suffer from bubbling on autos?

Yes, the ink used on this card stock (gloss) is a problem with the set. It does have a COA.

I don't remember that particular card, but I know a couple of the autos were super-scarce. Sal Bando I think, or Bert Campaneris, someone like that, was limited to 10 copies or something. Maybe Koosman was another low-PR tier.
