Indisputable proof that this seller is a shill bidder

This seller has been posted about several times including one that I made last week about him having a shill bidding war with himself. I've reported him along with others but yet he remains. But now he has slipped up.

2009 Tristar Signa Cut Kevin Gross auto #1/5
Ended on 12/26
Same card relisted the next day
His shill bid ID with the 21 feedback won it.

2009 T206 Michael Bowden Silk
Ended on 12/20 with the same shill bidding ID with a feedback of 21 won it against his shill bidding ID with a feedback of 2
Relisted on 12/29

Not sure how ebay can not see what is going on. Hopefully he will get suspended.

Funny thing is he relisted the cards the next time with the starting bid more for what it ended with
The first one end at 31.00 and he then re-lists it with a starting bid of 39.00 ::facepalm::

Then the other one ended for 9.00 and then it is relisted with a starting bid of 12.00 ::facepalm::

Ebay is getting listing fees on the item twice, plus final value fees. Highly doubt they care.
