It's Topps Chrome, not quite as desirable, but it's 07 vs 08. The CHrome autos are selling for around $40. There's already a Chrome plate on eBay at $100 BIN w/ B/O.
I look at the plate, knock a little off for adding the two together, and come up with about $100. Maybe $110. But closer to $100. That's my guess.
