per the -2007 standard catalog of baseball cards-

these 2-1/2" X 3-1/2" cards are produced from 23-karat gold foil in an intaglio printing process which gives them an engraved look and feel. because the set is licensed only by the player's association and not the MLB, team logos and nicknames are not shown. fronts have portrait photo and facsimile autograph. backs have information on the production process. the unnumbered cards are checklisted here alphabetically. cards were issued in an acrylic case at an original price of about $15".

jeter is the highest at $10. can give you individual prices of others if you want.

***EDIT***

piazza is $6

Thanks for the info guys. I was just looking to see if anyone else had heard of them, as I never have. There's one on ebay and was just wondering/thinking if I wanted to throw in a bid. Might be an interesting item to have since it actually is real.
