Milb Auction problems!

So I purchased a Game Used jersey from MILB Auctions 35 days ago and have yet to receive any kind of shipping info or confirmation of the purchase. They charged me the $105 though the minute after I won. I have sent off 5+ emails to them and have gotten no response. Anyone have any ideas of what to do?

Call them. Call the main contact# for Milb and they will direct you to the correct person. Explain your displeasure and I bet you gets tix to the closest Milb team in addition to your jersey,
