I keep entering my redemption codes correctly and it says the redemption does not exist. Anyone else having the same issue?

I got a redemption and am selling it, not redeeming it, but I did get some damaged cards and when I attempted to start the request for replacement on the site, the set didn't show up. I called them today and said to just send them in with an explanation. Anyway, it seems the set isn't entered into their systems yet, so probably either mail in redemptions or wait a little while.

Yes, I tried to redeem one this afternoon. No luck. I also redeemed a Percy Harvin auto with them & when I was done it said I had no new entries (? wtf?)
