Slowly Building the 1998 Donruss Crusade set - Mailday!

I know a lot of you guys like this set so I figured I'd post my mailday. I have had the Bagwell for a while and got the Tejada at the Tri Star show. Seeing them together motivated me to go for the set. Right now I'm just adding the commons for as cheap as possible and found a seller with a large lot of them at a price I like. Here's what I have so far.

Thanks. I found a seller with 41 of them he would sell for about $240 so I'm deciding what to sell to pick them up. If I let my wife buy a 4-week supply of medifast (waste of money she's already thin) she will let me buy them but then I'm setting a nasty precedent. Every time one of us wants something expensive the other one gets to spend a bunch of money too. :?

that 5-6 bucks per dlvd to the front of your house thats a pretty good deal, although i bet the griffey will cost u about that alone

Love seeing some of those old "prospects". I can't believe how much I spent on Encarnacion stuff in the mid to late 90's

I was thinking about the fact that the Kerry Wood was probably a wee bit more expensive 10 years ago.

I'm definitely in no hurry. I'm making fast progress right now b/c I'm going after the cheap stuff. Once I get past that initial phase I'm sure it will be a card or two per month kind of thing.

I have a scanner but don't like the software that comes with it. If I could find something free I may actually use it =)

I just finalized a deal to pick up 41 of them for $225. They should get here some time next week. It's gonna take a LOOOONG time to take and crop all those pictures

I got these Friday but just got back from out of town. I doubt I'll be able to pick up any more lots of them. Slow sailing from here on out.
