Every now and then I get a double payment on ebay...

From a customer. They pay twice accidentally. Same amount for the same cards and I get requests for refunds. I have no problem refunding them whatsoever, just wondering how this happens?

I've accidentally done it once.... and it was on a big card, ouch. My computer froze during payment and I didn't think it went through, so I went through the process again. Maybe that is what happens to others. Paypal never said "hey idiot, you've already paid" or any type of warning when I was paying the second time.
