report him to the NBA office. hes making money with their logos. i reported NSA to the mlbpa for using yankee logos & also to the estates of gehrig & ruth since theyre copyrighted. i reported him to ebay, but thats not gonna go far

While it is probably fake patches, you could make a junky card like that and put real jersey swatches in it.
Bad workanship doesn't necessarily mean fake patches. Although, that may be the case.
