What would be a fair price to pay for this lot?

The seller listed the low and high bv's, but as we all know bv doesn't mean anything anymore. He wants $100 dlvd. I'm thinking more like $30-$40.

Looking for some opinions before making a counter offer. He may be a little high, but I also don't want to come in too low.

No way in my conscious mind would I pay 100 for it.

I MIGHT pay $40, doubt many of those would even sell for more than $.99 on ebay

I think 10-15% of BV is generally fair.

I also think that if you got those cards separate, you'd be looking at 25 dollars worth of shipping..
