Any place like Sopcast to watch Spring Training games?

Wondering if there's any place online that streams the games for free like Sopcast?

I don't have MLB Live or whatever or MLB Network and was wanting to check out the Cardinals and Mets game.

I havent been able to find any that are any good. Some people stream them on justin.tv and ustream but they overall feed isnt that great.

I ended up droppin $20 for the 1 month Sub on MLB.tv..its well worth it and the quality is alot better than the others. You just need to hope that the games you want to watch are being broadcast on that day.
