MerrY Christmas to you buddy!!! Keep that hunting up. I saw a episode of Man vs. Wild last night and Bear skinned a animal right there on the spot, ate some of it's liver and used the skin for a coat then ate the eyeball. I thought of you shanks. Peace man!

I've done everything but eat eyeballs......liver is actually really god if you cook it (with some onions!)......Rocky Mountain oysters are actually pretty damn good as well......I deep fry them, roll in Louisiana ho sauce.....yummy!!!
