it was definitely fun to open these even though most of the cards were in one bubblemailer. it was still fun looking through them.

Jean Pronovost a favorite of yours? Looks like he had some great years for the Pens. I bet he was the greatest Pen ever until a guy named Mario came along. Is that assumption correct? Oh and he was a Flame at one point as well.

Cool stuff as usual though, cant wait to see that set in its entirety someday.

thanks Bilko. Pronovost was always my dad's favorite Penguin so I figured I would pick up all of his cards in a Pens uniform. I am not old enough to have witnessed him play but he was definitely the best player until that Lemieux guy came along. he was part of the dominate Bicentennial Line with Syl Apps and Lowell MacDonald. yes he was an Atlanta Flame as well as a Capital.

oh yeah and I made a deal tonight for a huge lot of cards for my 1971-72 Topps set and the guy agreed to hold them for me until I get back from vacation at the end of May.
