Not a prospect, but Salty hit a 3-run jack for OKC.

Starlin now 2-3 (.373).

A Red Ref hit eBay this morning from an overseas seller.

Still waiting to see his Super materialize.

Encouraging news.

Red Sox prospect Ryan Westmoreland, who underwent brain surgery in early April, was released from the hospital Tuesday.

The Red Sox released a statement to go along with the 20-year-old's release from the hospital, stating that Westmoreland "will continue to undergo physical and occupational therapy as an outpatient at Spaulding [Rehabilitation Hospital]. He has been making steady progress and is great spirits." It's not known when he might resume baseball-related activities.

Still waiting on Michael Burgess's first HR of the yr. I'm also hoping he cuts down on those K's too..

Burgess has cut down on his K's significantly in addition to increasing his walk rate. This is due to an altered hitting approach with a shortened swing. Of course this is most likely the reason for lack of power also. I sure hope he gets it going soon as well.

we need to bring him up!

Buster Posey C San Francisco Giants

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Giants officials have discussed the idea of bringing Buster Posey to the big leagues before June.

The Giants can save millions long-term by holding Posey in the minor leagues until early June and preventing him from reaching Super Two status, but they are in desperate need of offense right now on the big league level. Posey, 23, is batting .353 in the Pacific Coast League.
