I know there was a thread on this earlier but I couldnt find it or remember who started it.
I was charged one and was wondering why /had a few questions.
I use my credit card to make most of my purchases (ie not paypal funds), but will use funds when i have them
This was the first time I was charged one of these, and it was on an off ebay deal.
When do the credit card companies charge you these. I looked in up on google and checked other forums.
Some say when you pay via ebay and dont use the invoice system but I rarely do that and have never been charged before.
I remember in the thread here it was for paying ebay fees without having paypal funds....
so whats the deal
when do you get charged these
ebay fees w/ no paypal? no funds in paypal and make off ebay pruchases? not using the ebay invoice system?
