Ever see that well known photo of a drug store's huge display of boxes and boxes of 52 Topps open and for sale, packs hanging everywhere! I saw it on ebay once.

FWIW- The Topps plant is packing 1974 Topps wax and cello.
I had another cool pic of some 50's packs on the candy shelf but cannot locate them at this moment.
T.S. O'Connell estimated 231 boxes. Todays value $46,200,000 !!!!!!!

You guys are assuming those boxes are 6th series, which contained the Mantle.
