It is now confirmed:
"Matt Harrison (arm) will not make his next scheduled start.The lefty was pulled from his last outing with soreness in his left arm and the Rangers want time to evaluate the situation. He has not been placed on the disabled list yet, though, and could be back in action after one turn through the rotation. Derek Holland is likely to fill in Wednesday."
