This guy makes an offer on one of my cards and a few minutes after I get "HI, EITHER ACCEPT, DECLINE OR COUNTER. THANKS TED" ... an HOUR after that, literally one hour after his initial offer, I get "ANOTHER EBAYER WHO LIKES TO COLLECT OFFERS."

Is this guy serious? I hadn't even been to my computer to SEE his offer before I get 2 impatient, unpleasant E-mails. Seems like the type of guy who would low ball, get the card, argue about condition and then win a charge back. It has trouble written all over it. I suggest you do yourselves a favor and block him before dealing with the headache.
