Hey Jim,

Do you have any idea why the big difference in lot prices for Tate and Ackley from Sunday's ending to Monday's being way up? Doesn't make sense to me and I was wondering if you have any idea why such a disparity? Also, which is more accurate do you think?

And Congrats on the Strasburg auto!

No, it's 500 base (not #d), 250 blues, 25 oranges and a red.
