Anyone read Japanese?

Picked this folder up at a local auction and have no idea what it says or what it was for can someone shed any clues about it? Told it was 1990 or 1991 Reds exhibition game or tour of Japan.

It's a program from 1991. It says it's for a baseball clinic for elementary and middle school kids hosted by the World Series champion Cincinnati Reds and the Chunichi Dragons of the NPB. Event was held on 11/23 and 11/24 in the Gifu prefecture. The 2nd page has the detailed schedule including speeches by the Reds owner and then manager Lou Piniella.

The two Japanese dudes on the left is the Mayor of Gifu prefecture and the head organizer of the event.
