I'd like to get one, just because of who Halladay was pitching against ...

i'm glad I'm not a ticket collector. If I were at the game, the value of my ticket has decreased because it's not one of 25,000 or whatever but one of 36,000. If I were a buyer, how do I know if it was a ticket used at the game (or purchased prior to game time) or purchased after the fact. Too bad the marlins won't stamp "souvenir" on those sold after the fact.

I noticed hundreds of sites running this same Associated Press article about the Marlins selling tickets, yet I can't find them for sale anywhere on the Marlins website. Luckily the gentlemen below found them in just 10 seconds!

I thought the same thing since I collect tickets of said events. But since I read the article while looking for these on ebay
I just passed on buying since there are now more of these out there, also I could not see the prices these were getting on ebay anyway, but I would have liked one until they decided to sell the un-used tickets at full price.

Guess you can't really knock them for trying to make money.....I don't have an issue that they are basically profiting on their own ineptitude - though it seems pretty lame to be selling unused tickets at face value like that.

IMO it would have been better if they simply sold the unused tix to the Phillies or some company that then turned them into some sort of commemerative thing.
