Finally got through my 2010 Topps Series 2 jumbo box. I got two mfgr'd hat logos (yippee), but no relic or autograph. I suppose I'll count this as two relics, but I was definitely shorted the auto.
I've got all the wrappers, the sales receipt, and the UPC from the main box. Is Topps pretty good about replacing cards? Can I actually expect something back THIS YEAR? Am I pretty much guaranteed to get a turd autograph?
I know it's just one autograph, and it's small change compared to a lot of what you all break on a regular basis, but it's still a $90 box of cards missing something promised. Just curious to hear if anyone has any previous experience with Topps' customer service.
