There's NO WAY I'm going to pay you. You clearly shill bidded with the account u***l. That account put 4 bids on one item and has an 100% bid percentage with the seller gvsu96. I'll either pay the price i wouldve payed without you shill bidding or wont pay at all.

The second place person looks like they don't buy much and barely sell. 2 active items selling Management Text books it looks like.

I told the accuser that they could either pay or to agree to end the transaction.

So does he understand that a person who bid on this could ahve bid on some of your other acutions
and that is why he has 100% bidding with you what a tool bag
and I see he has the high bid at 22.+ and when he bid on it it went to in the range of his max bid anyway
and the person who lost was trying to win it and had to bid 4 times to get a bid in and still did not win it

You know it wasn't shilled so don't just let him get away with not paying.Unless you just want to end the transaction but I think you still have to pay the fees.Jmo.

no if they agree to cancel he gets his fees back even if he does not relist the item

The guy did 4 bids in a row since he was trying to see what the bidder that was winning max bid was
but after 4 he still did not get to be 1

See he has winning since the 3rd and then someone tried to bid today and the was why his winning bid was higher then a few days ago.
