Has anyone ever rec'd replacements from Donruss?

I have a George Brett Threads Auto /10 pending and wanted to know how Donruss is at replacing autos that cannot be fulfilled. I normally only purchase Topps so I have never had to deal with DLP. Just wanted to see pos/neg experiences.

donruss is the best customer service period.
about 6 years ago i had a musial auto that went unredeemed.
icalled and spoke to someone and they said the musial wasnt going
to get signed, and what would i like in its place, so i asked if i could get wax,
and i was told sure. so i got 3 boxes of 01 leaf certified which were selling for almost
100 per at that time. i ripped em of course. there new online system now is
awesome, if you post a message in it, someone always returns within a couple days.
i could tell you about 10 more stories of good fortune from them.

I cannot say I have the same feelings about Donruss. I have a SP Longevity 1/1 redemption in the system and was told they were not going to replace it. I went into the system last week and that redemption thread had been closed. That's right closed and I still have yet to receive the card. I messaged them through an open redemption, but have yet to get a response. TO SAY THE LEAST I AM NOT HAPPY. Is there a cs number I could call to try to find out some information? Has this ever happened to anyone?

wow, sorry to hear that, sounds very unusual.
i bet it was an honest mistake. there customer service number
is on the website. call them, if you leave a message they will call
you back.

if it doesnt get filled do they just send you something of equal value? how much value do you think a brett auto /10 would have?

they will deff give you something of equal value.
like i said in my 1st reply, 3 boxes of 2001 leaf certified
for a musial auto was a pretty good deal.
ive gotten redemptions redeemed from them that had been expired for 2 years.
just use there online request system for sending messages, they will
reply to you
