Horrible time to ask this question - I'm not being a homer at all. Just Wieters is in a slump and Posey comes up hitting .400 in 10 games. Of course most unacknowledged folks are going to vote for Posey.

Posey just because he has been consistant up in the bigs so far. He had huge numbers last season in the minors and was raking in AAA (and had some pop with 6HR) so he has shown the tools. But wieters is good as well

How can you be considered consistent with like 50-60 career ABs?

He has maintained .400 his entire 2010 MLB so far.

In the minors he was .350 with 6 HR

I am just saying his entire PROFESSIONAL (MLB and MILB) season he has been a hitting machine.

Id take Myers j/k. At this point id take Posey over Wieters has a shot and not doing much at all the expectations on Wieters were huge.

Posey is showing he maybe a better hitter than I ever expected while Wieters has really started off real slow, coming off a respectable rookie season.

Wieters seems to be too talented not to have figured things out [especially at the plate]. All the potential is still there for Wieters and it seems like he'll come around eventually.

Posey is going to be a future all-star once he settles down on one position, but Wieters may eventually have a little more power in their primes.

Wieters
