Ebay Customer Service Getting Better?

I just spoke to Nathan and I have to say it was the best conversation I remember having with an ebay rep ever... He was nice and knew what he was talking about.

Had a problem where 1 buyer left me 10 low ratings for 10 purchases so they removed me from the Power Seller and Top Rated programs. He fixed the Power Seller issue but had to forward the Top Rated to a specialist. He said it is supposed to be automated to prevent this but it doesn't always work.

I have heard other good ebay CS stories lately so I wonder if they finally realized they needed to step up or risk losing even more sales.

If he seemed like he cared and tried to help me, Yes... The problem wasn't fixed by any stretch, I am still losing out.

My last dealing with their CS were...

A) I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone
B) If by some miracle I left the phone on hold at work long enough and did get someone, they had an attitude and spoke broken english.
C) Genuinely made it clear they didn't care, and I had to deal with it or go away
