Wow. All the top prospects are being called up.
I know my thoughts exactly! Can't imagine that Pedro A. is to far behind.

Mack thats the only way you can get people to buy tickets anymore
For the bottom feeder teams they have to bring in talent or lose money
Even if it means a higher salary in the long run the lower teams are betting now VS the future economy
Thats a risky move

The game has changed in many ways the last couple years
No more aging Vets 36 or so and out ( a few exceptions yes)
Cheaper younger players is better HYPE is everything
and history apparently means nothing anymore lol

I thought the arbitration clock didn't start if you were called up after June 1st?

Oh look. . . there goes Lou Marson's stock, plummeting, just when I thought it couldn't get any lower.

Yeah, the Lou Marson ship has sunk. Which is a total shame because Sweet Lou has potential, he just needs more time, but he won't get it in an organization with Santana. The Indians are more than welcome to return him to the Phillies for a bag of balls.

Given the fact that our best - and only - catching prospect is in Low A, I'd be thrilled to get Marson back for... say, Denys Baez. :)

Strasburg will (hopefully) be facing a worthy opponent here. Looking forward to that matchup.
