What was the reason for no one signing him? Obviously, he's not a top pitcher anymore but even a 3.7 or a 4.0 ERA in this day and age is good enough.

If nothing else, Pedro is great for quotes and entertainment. And honestly, given the lack of good starting pitching, he might be a cheap risk.

I don't think he could maintain a sub 4 ERA for an entire season. He would probably wear out by the AS game. I really hope he can come back for another 1/2 season
