Strasburg eTopps price Prediction?

Stephen Strasburg eTopps will be allocated next Monday, there are 1999 of them and the buy-in price was $8.00

Strasburg's MiLB Etopps release is selling for about $32 right now - [phil:2kyqzs3z]140415897980[/phil:2kyqzs3z]

It was $7.00 at release and had a print run of 1499.

What do you see Strasburg's MLB RC /1999 selling for shortly after release?

This card will technically be the Strasburg MLB RC that can be traded/bought/sold on eBay.

It should be huge, almost immediately and I chose $50-60.

and $50-$60 seems to be on the low-end thus far.

Regardless, if people get lucky enough to be allocated a card it is going to be a nice flip right away.

Regardless, if people get lucky enough to be allocated a card it is going to be a nice flip right away.

I voted 30-40. I can't help but think of last year when everyone was thinking the Wieters would go nuts and then it started out at 10-15.

There were more Wieters cards available last year (Just, Razor, USA,Tristar)

Strasburg is limited to USA and Topps

Let's not forget, Matt Wieters didn't even have 25% of the National coverage of Strasburg.

Not even close.

I would imagine also that allocations for this card will pop late.

I'm just really glad I was sitting refreshing and got in right at 12:53.

I think I was in a minute or two later, but definitely a few minutes before 1:00.

I have to hand it to topps, I thought they would throw 10000 out there, they could of easily sold all of them, too bad
the program wasn't always this limited. Anyone want to buy 25 Shinjos?

Where have you been.
It's been limited for years.

Last year they were even more than 1799 was 2004.
2004 Arod was 5000.
2005 Wright was 2956
2008 Ian Kennedy at 2185.
Since then, they have been 1799 or 1499 or less.
