Hypothetical Paypal issue

Say I sold a card for $250. Got paid, transferred the money in to my bank account, then closed my bank account. And didn't send the buyer the card.

Does PP reimburse the buyer out of their own pocket?

yes paypal will reimburse them. an then they will send a collection agency after you.

Can't say I know for certain at all but I have heard that this is the action that would be taken.

I do think they could also file criminal charges too since this is easily fraud, and in some states it is a felony.
