Are you sure you entered it correctly? Seems kinda odd. Unless someone knows the formula for the codes, and has redeemed cards that they didn't actually have.

I tried multiple times, every time said cone has already been entered.

yes I did, and they arent ;) as far as I know, I enter all my codes in lower case, but when this one was entered I put it in correct caps and it still was entered.

I bought a large lot of these; and noticed a pattern so I could sart typing in random generated sequences that kept working ...

Now I have over 50 2004 Gil Meche cards in my portfolio!

It means you already entered it and must have clicked twice. Check again, you probably have the card in your folder of redemptions on this site. This happened to me too, but realized I hit the button twice.
