Is Jered Weaver an All-Star?

I could have swore I heard an announcement a couple days ago saying he replaced someone on the roster, yet I was using the interactive roster on MLB.com and they don't have him listed on the AL roster and I know it's up to date b/c they have Miguel Cabrera starting and Paul Konerko and Rafael Furcal on the rosters.

First, he wasn't an All-Star. Then, he was (as the replacement for the Yankees' CC Sabathia). But when he steps on the mound this afternoon in Oakland, Angels right-hander Jered Weaver will forfeit his chance to pitch in Tuesday's midsummer classic in his home park. Because he won't be rested to pitch again so quickly, Weaver will be replaced on the roster.

Ok, so is he or isn't he? I mean is he going to be honored as one? CC won't be pitching but he's being honored as one. Jose Reyes was a replacement for Tulo and now he's not going so Furcal replaced him but yet Reyes is still being honored. Either way it'll be criminal if he's not honored in his own stadium as an All-Star, he needs to be on that third base line on Tuesday.
