Can someone list the steps I need to take if I didn't get an auto in one of my boxes of Bowman Draft ?

I just had this happen to me. I sent the wrappers, a copy of the receipt, the upc code from the box, and a letter explaining the situation to Topps last Friday. Today I received my base Brad Hand autograph. Topps did ship it back to me within a week's time so I give them credit for that. Here's the address I sent to:
