Not necessarily. I search for Carlos Gutierrez and is doesn't even have him in the system, even though if I search by a particular set i see what has been graded of him, and considering I own most of them, they have clearly graded a bunch even though nothing is listed.

For some reason BGS never updated the pop reports for Threads, I have no idea why.
