Use the image tag (the little box that says "Img") above the section where you type your post. Then copy and paste the URL of the image you want to post in between the brackets that pop up.
Alternatively, if you're posting from photobucket, when you mouse over an image, 4 little options pop up underneath it. one of them is "image code" which does everything for you. Just copy and paste that into your post.
