Difference between 05 Absolute Mem/05 Absolute Mem Update?

I am thinking about getting a box of 2005 Absolute memorabilia. Is there a difference between Absolute Memorabilia and Absolute Memorabilia Update? Seems so but I want to know specifics! All help is appreciated!
