E.Hosmer is 1-for-2, 1R, & 1RBI thus far & his teammate Johnny Giavotella has had a pretty impressive game thus far going 2-for-2, 2R, HR, & 2RBI's!

Wladimir Balentin is 2-for-3, 2R, 2HR's, & 6RBI's! (he's shown some power this year) ;)

You stopped putting Laird in your HR roundup JP? He hit his second consecutive solo shot in consecutive games tonight. (21) and also had a 2B (20). Got that average back up to .278 and the OBP to .340 .... he's really digging out of that July slump.

Gibson 3 1/3 4 Ks and only 1 hit and walk

Another great outing from Vandenhurk. That makes 3 in a row

He must have hit it after I'd finished typing it.

And speaking of HR's...

Dom Brown 2-4, 2B, HR (5), 2 RBI

It was a big night for Johnson City (20 hits). However, I'd like to highlight Virgil Hill, because I have a ridiculous stash of his. Not necessarily by sheer volume, but by how fringe-y of a prospect he is:

4-4 2B, 3B, 2 BB, 2 R, RBI.
