Is it possible to do a ebay search with bids only?

Yep: just click the "Auctions only" tab; should be the middle of the three.

Only auctions or only auctions with bids?

If you want only items with bids,
go to advanced search and in the search field type and make sure to include the ( ) which I added
(20*, topps, upper, bow*, 19*, RC, the, and, a, ship*, auto*)
Sort by ending soonest,
Pick your category,
Item has bids 1 minimum and 99 maximum,
Hit search and bookmark the search.
It should include just about every item in cards using those search terms that have at least 1 bid.
