Most of the guys you listed are '09 USA players and therefore will NOT have USA autographs in 2010 Bowman Draft...including all of the guys you bolded.

Now, a couple could have prospect autographs in Draft, but no more than 10 or so could have USA autographs in 2010 Bowman Draft.

Guys like Pfeifer, Delmonico, Ragira, Wolters, Vanegas, Gray, Cole, etc. are all on 2010 USA teams (collegiate or 18U) so they have the potential for autographs depending on how Topps decides to do it and which team will have autos in that product.

These are the only guys I can see in BCDP as autos....and that's being overly optimistic.

I guess I'm not confused on the question...is it who will have USA autographs in 2010 Bowman Draft, or which 2009 USA players will have prospect autographs in 2009 Draft?

I took it as the latter, just being 2010 draft. (I'm sure it was a typo on your part)
