Need help pricing this Sketch Card.

Brian is a great artist; and selling these are their primary income from the work they did.
Is this a card that was then turned into a base-card for Chicle?
If so - it'd be worth some bucks. (Maybe $300)??
I'm not familiar with the base set.
If this was just a "proof" - a blank card that the artist can draw on for their own use, but never turned into a base card or inserted in packs, i'd think it would be worth much less (maybe $150).

It is an artists proof. And i think cmixer is about right with his estimate on the price of $300
