Instructions are below for submission. If you have additional questions, please refer to the TOS: http://www.freedomcardboard.com/forum/v ... 51&t=48101, at last resort, PM masonphillip.

Instructions:
1. Use the matrix in the picture below to calculate your fees (note: fill in blue cells for autos and cards, this works for up to 20 cards, if you are sending over 20, please PM me and I will send you a price). This matrix includes everything, so just pick the # of autos and # of cards you are sendng and you will be set.
2. Send your calculated payment to [email protected]. Please make sure of the following things:
a. Your address in your paypal email is correct for shipping, it is the one I will ship to.
b. In the body of the paypal payment email include your member name and the number of cards you subbed, this will allow me to check it quickly when I ship.
3. Post your list of cards subbed in this thread, in the following format.

This is my first submission, but I couldn't help but notice a potential problem - Rule #10 listed below appears to have been violated by a few people submitting...

10. Cards without unique identifiers such as a 3M sticker number or serial number will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. If someone submits such a card, others who want to submit the same card will have to wait until the next submission.

- I posted that I was submitting a 2009 #BDPP91 Bowman Chrome Draft Auto Bobby Borchering (minimum grade 9) on 8/3, however, user "chompsmcgee" posted 2009 BDPP91 Bowman Chrome BOBBY BORCHERING Auto (min 9.5) on 8/13...

- Additionally, 95vr4 listed 2008 Bowman Chrome Draft #127 Jesus Montero Auto on 8/3, while Porcello94 listed (5) 2008 Jesus Montero Bowman Chrome Autos on 8/4...

Hopefully these cards haven't already been sent out, but come on people, you have to check to make sure that other people haven't already listed the cards you wish to submit! I can't expect the mods to catch every one of these, nor should they have to, so it's up to us to check that what we're sending can be sent in a given month.

Has this happened before and if so, what has been done about it?

That's not my fault. 95vr4 said "Reserve a spot" WAYYY before I listed my monteros. When I listed all was clear. He only added them after I put mine down.
