How rare is the 2005 Warren Spahn Donruss Signature Milestone Marks?

Over the last few years I have some of the really rare modern cards that were errors, variations, or weren't suppossed to be released.

I have 2 of 2005 Warren Spahn Donruss Signature Milestone Marks cards that supposedly are less than 10 available.

Can anyone help explain how many of these there are? What is the value of this card?

any details would be a great help....thanks

Donruss verified they were not intended for public release, but didn't know how many got out and wouldn't specify why they were pulled.
