I see a mantle card on Ebay that the guy says is graded by PSA as "genuine". What does this mean?

Never heard of that. I have seen AUTHENTIC/ALTERED and AUTHENTIC/TRIMMED, but not Genuine.

The flip is fake. So is the card.

I'm not sure if the card is fake, but the boarder has been cut/chewed off. But the flip is indeed fake/not proper. I'd stay away.
